ABOUT
ARTHUR MURRAY SAN MIGUEL
by the OLVERA FAMILY!

OUR STORY!

In YEAR?? Christie and Adrian, salsa dancers who met  WHERE/WHEN??, fell in love and married, moved to San Miguel, Adrian's home town. ??

They opened up an Arthur Murray Franchise as their own small family business. They started with a studio downtown on calle Hernandez Macias, later moved to Ancha de San Antonio, and during the pandemic rented a small but airy studio near their home while they offered no-touch classes and began building their own ballroom adjacent to their home.

All the while they grew their family with 4 children, 3 boys including a set of twins and a little girl.

Running a family business gave them the life they love, and puts all their talents to use: Christie as a teacher and dancer, and Adrian as a dancer and chef! They melded their skills, creating a space not just for dancing but for social events, wedding receptions and more. All of their children participate to some degree in their business which they are proud to call their own!

TESTIMONIALS

“It's really neat to find an activity where so many wonderful people are involved.... Every day there are group lessons, and that's a social activity in itself... You're always talking to people, seeing people, people get together and have other activities together, and it's a great group of people.”

Sue Dills

Dance Student
